Stomach Problems & Remedies

I feel like squeeze/ twist like feeling above belly button. Never had pain. I am feeling this from like 6 months never had pain. But when I am sitting I can feel like something is pulling inside. My lifestyle is ruined because of this . I have been consulted and had treatment endoscopy , abdominal scan all normal. What could be the problem. I also have GERD and dyspepsia and hard stools. This something is making like gently pulling abdomen inside near belly button. Please suggest.

How many tablet and how many days gap should be there while taking no worm tablet ( no worm 400mg). Age is 21 years

Hi sir I have pain in upper abdomen and,I have endoscopy report in report I have H PYLORI positive, Doctor suggest me to take Sompraz HP KIT,in that kit 3 tablets are there,I forgot to ask doctor to how to have that tablet,I mean is three tables need to consume before food,or only Sompraz tablet before remaining two tablet after food.please guide me

Hello Sir/Mam, I was diagnosed with esophagities in Feb 2020. Doc prescribed me sfs and razo. I took that, got little improvement. But was not cured completely. Now a day I am getting stomach discomfort and little pain after having food. Also sometimes in a day I get discomfort randomly. Can Hemorrhoid be cured without operation this problem is there from last few years had certain medicine as well I do drink so that can also be a cause of it but sometime the burn n pain is unbearable in the morning But can they be cured by any chances or we need to get them operated ?
