liver growth in little bit...i taking medicines since months but nothing happens.. suddenly I noticed that my weight and muscle lossing very fast 74 to 62 kg in few months but my height is 5'11"...in lockdown I did heavy workout ,I think for that I was lossing weight very fast as my body didn't absorb any medicine or food..I noticed undigested medicine in stool..
So please give me a proper food chart to boost my absorption and digestion. ..which vegetables,fruit should I avoid and what should I take daily...
Can I take daliya,oat meal , biscuit,curd and when?
