Hi doctor my Liver SGOT 40.4 and SGBT 56.2 and SGOT/SGBT ratio is 0.72. Please let me know is it dangerous

1) after meal heavy and bloated  2) gas  3) undigested stool 4) stool not fully pooped feel 5) slightly pain on upper mid stomach

I have been experiencing persistent itching and discomfort around the anal area for a long time. Although there are periods when everything feels fine, the problem keeps coming back. Recently, I have noticed: Difficulty sleeping due to the itching. Worms in my stool. Worms sticking to the skin around the anus. Hello I had a large glass of carrot juice yesterday and today i have all reddish stool . Is it normal? Not seprate blood.

I am getting loose motions since from 3years I did endoscopy every thing is normal. But I am still getting loose motion pain under the stomach.

I get a pain that travels to my throat from middle of my chest . When I burp it can ease . It does not happen daily just occasionally. I suffer IBS so not sure if it coming stomach issue or blood pressure ? I am just not sure it could be something totally different . Any advise would be appreciated . Thanks
