Stomach infection
I have admitted in hospital with suffering from stomach infection 5 days back and I was under medication and iam little better now.i feel very weak due to lack of food. I am feeling hungry but have some fear about what to eat .plz suggest some foods that are safe to eat. And when can I take my normal diet

People with stomach infection are usually advised a light diet. Depending on your food preferences  - boiled rice,curd a light dal with minimum spices etc should be safe But it's better to consult with your treating doctor or a dietician at the hospital.

  Plenty of water n liquid lamonade electral butter milk curd semiliquid khichadi porridge oats poha upma idali with white chatani semisolid add slowly. Fruits like banana papaya.  Around five days normal diet but with least spicy oil.
