I have issue of tight poop after eating spicy food and pain in anus and saw red poop in between yellow poop can anyone suggest me

When ever you go for spices it will common.u r just 20, sooners or later develop gastritis.   For now DUPHALAC SYR 10ml at night. ZERODOLE SP Three times a day after food for three days for pain. Plenty of water n liquid lamonade electral butter milk curd Banana papaya.
