I eat very spicy food and green chilli is my favourite. I eat 2-3 raw green chilli in lunch and 2-3 raw green chilli in dinner as a salad along with onion. Is it good for health or bad? I have acidity issues but other than that i never feel bad about eating green chilli.
PS: home grown dark green chilli which is spicier than normal market light green chilli.
