Sir I m suffering from gerd hitus hernia from 20 years and m taking medicine every day sir should I go for surgery please reply me

I have suffered from fatty liver & now my bilurubin direct 0.43 & indirect 0.99. please tell me some medicine and dates. What I eat and what not eat.

He follows a good discipline in taking his medication and food timely. We are health conscious family so avoid, too much oil and rich food and eat home food all the time. Since last 4 to 5 months he is facing lots of gastric issues. He has taken pantaprazole, vizylac rich, for relief. Still a few days he develops lot of gas either in the morning or after lunch in evenings, and in sometimes in night after dinner. How shud we detect what is the problem, how shud we sort this out. Please suggest.

Iam experiencing mild stomach pain from 1 month .done ultrasound abdomen report showed gastric mucosa appear oedometous & colitis, with mild bowel loops. What is the meaning of these things please explain. Doctor prescribed me ganaton total for 6 weeks &; rifagut 550 mg for 2 weeks can I take these medicines are they safe? Before 6 months I was diagnosed with lax les gastritis & took ganaton total for 6 weeks. Done endoscopy.After taking these medicines I got total relief but from 1 month iam experiencing mild stomach pain.Before 1 month I took tapal 50 mg,pregalin 75 mg, tolifast 100 mg, lupirtin 100 mg,& rejunex for 2 months for cervical spondylosis. What I have to do.please reply. Does I require any other test.iam diabetic .

Hello, recently I have developed symptoms like fear and anxiety, happens for a while and it goes away. I am guessing it's acidity because it happens after I eat certain foods, this is very new to me hence I am still exploring it. Are acidity and anxiety related to each other? No problems while sleeping nor eating. I do smoke, eat from restaurants all the time since I am far away from home. Do I need to consult?
