I am facing stomach pain and gastric issues I have taken antibiotics and I have taken pantocids, still no relief I get gas all the time and even the potty is not constructive its always loose in end and normally if I get stomach infection it gets treated using ciplox or norflox this time nothing is working kindly suggest

Sir i had loose stool and indigestion for 15 days, and doctor prescribed me rifaximin 550 twice a day but this drug didnt help me. On the top of that it made stomach cramping. I have heard that this drug can kill your friendly good bacteria and permanently alter your digestive system. Is that right? I am scared. I dont have ibs / sibo
