From 3 to 4 days,my stool not release at the time of morning . It clears after taking breakfast (around in noon time). I get up early at 6 o'clock and take 1-2 glass of Lukewarm water in the morning. But my stool not release in morning.it happen from 3 days.i also take triphala churn at night but the result is zero. Earlier days I sleep late night around 1 o'clock and wake up 9 o'clock. Is it really constipation if it is then give me solution.

Was taking Probiotic Velgut past 35 days. Of late, in last 7 days, I am not seeing any benefit anymore from the product. something is not right. Is it a defective batch I got ? Or can the Probiotic stop working after a while ? Please explain. Thank you!

I had my annual checkup yesterday and got the lab results. My liver enzyme ALT is 55 whereas normal range is 0-32iu/L. AST is 27iu/L Total Bilirubin is 0.4mg/dL Only the ALT value is high. Is this ok? One thing to mention, I have been dealing with lower jaw pain under ear and neck pain since May month and going to different doctors, dentists for that. I have been taking many tablets in the last 9 months.during last week, endodontist prescribed antibiotics penicillin VK500 mg 3 times a day for a week for tooth inflammation suspecting that tooth might be the reason for my jaw and neck pain. I finished the antibiotics on Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday had the blood work for annual check. I took antibiotics for a week,3 times a day. I have taken NSAIDs, muscle relaxers, tylenol,nerve medicine for this issue in the past month. Is that the reason for alt high? I checked liver value in July 2020 and it was 15iu/L.But this time it time it was 55.is it because of antibiotics/liver damage

My spouse suffering for heavy bloating and sever stomach pain. We went to corporate hospital and done most of investigation like CT Scan(cheat, Abdominal and pelvis) x-ray, endoscopy and few pathology investigation. In endoscopy doctor identified few ulcer and based on endoscopy they had started antibiotics and pain medication.After completion of course her condition went worst like increase in bloating and stomach ace and no hunger so on..We changed our doctor after 3werks as things are not going smooth..After consulting other doctor she is complaining discomfort and doctor don't have clue to treat her.. Based on last doctor we meet other gastroenterology doctor who suspecting IBS and starter medication..
