Hello doctor , I have all the symptoms of hiatal hernia , day by day I have less appetite and difficulty in breathing after I eat. Which is the best scan to confirm whether I have hiatal hernia ,CT or MRI of chest or stomach , I feel scan is the safest option than endoscopy. Kindly suggest

It started in February when I had an infection in my stomach. I recovered but my appetite was not back until a month. I consulted several doctors and several tests were done which were in normal range. I was then given some antacid and my apetite started coming back.. I was all fine till September until I moved in to Bangalore in October and since the very first day I have been facing issues like bloating and slight burning sensation in my whole abdomen. Sometimes during a bowel movement I can see mucus in my poop with a little bright blood on it. And some days it's absolutely normal, somedays I will be constipated and somedays I might have multiple bowels. I can't call it pain but it just doesn't make me feel normal.. I am always scared before I eat anything. I really can't understand the problem. I recently got my complete blood count test. And everything was in a normal range. 5 months back I got my thyroid, c-protien and LFT test everything was in a normal range.

My uncle , age -64 years having constipation from past 4 years , he says pressure is not building , he has tried Piclin Syrup but didn't help much , now currently he is taking isabgol but still not much help , there is no pain in stomach only constipation . What are the tests to be done & which tablet can help him , plz help me

Suffering from Fatty liver. Previous doctor had recommended Nusam 400 but was feeling some pain and facing digestion problems. So I consulted another doctor and she recommended Udiliv 300 and Evion 400 for help in digestion and mild pain. Can I take Nusam 400 and Udiliv 300 together with how much time diff? I generally take Nusam 400 at night before sleep.
