Hi dr. I have problem heart burn, chest pain, heavy 1st endoscopy report lak les 2nd endoscopy report lak less with hiatus hernia. I need the permanent solution for this heart burn and stomach ache. Plz advise me , I m not satisfaction with tablet , I don't want to continue tablet for long term I need permanent solution , Next step plz advise... Hiatus hernia can heal with tablets may I know plz.

Dear Experts, I am in need of a genuine advice, It will surely improve my living significantly. My stomach remain alternative upset( constipation, sticky stool, mucus) and normal for many years. But what I discovered in due course that Vizylac help to heal magically. As I understand from other experts online that Vizylac can't be taken regularly. Last night had severe heart burn and acid reflux.today at 4 am had severe nausea, couldnt take any food. Acid reflux. Slight burning pain in stomach. Not feeling well.

I am having burning and itching discomfort in anus. It starts after passing stool and continues for long time. It resolves on its own ,I will be fine for some days , again same repeat. Why is it reocurring. Currently I am having itching and light burning.

Doctor advised that patient have 3-4 years, if this condition continues as it is. Otherwise asked to arrange for liver transplant. 1. Is it that worst, so patient have only 3-4 years time in this condition? 2. Is it really necessary to arrange for liver transplant or any medication can be used for cure?
