Acidic indigestion throat is feeling full stomach pain please suggest from last two days taken pantocid

Found entral erosion through endoscopy with RUT positive. Nexpro hp kit taken for 14 days.but no improvement. Low apetite sometimes and sometime feel very hungry. Three to four bowel with sometime loose stool or sometime hard stool. Nausea feel if tablet not taken.weight loss weakness body ache sleeping issue.mentaly distrub .what I do to resolve all problems.

While traveling in mountain roads I vomitted in the afternoon. After that I am not able to eat. Whenever I go for passing stool there's only gas with little loose stool. I don't have any stomach pain but my stomach is making weird noises every once a while.

I have diagnose this problem 7months before but now i have bleed little once in a month. Is this is control by yoga??? Is this problem life threatening disease?

My father is having Constipation problem. He takes Softovac-SF on a daily basis before bed. Still he is having constipation problem. We have a medicine called Gutclear at home. Should I give it to him? If yes please tell me the dosage and timing. He has Hypertension and Diabetes.

My gut is not absorbing the food at all. No constipation issue. But fibre containing foods like spinach etc are not getting digested. If I drink excess water also, urinary frequency is there. Pls help

I am finding difficult in motion, then bleeding.some skin tag seen in outer analysis. Doctor said it is fissure given me escort cream,  painkiller,  bleeding stop tablet. Also said to have sitz bath by adding potassium permagnent. I followed everything that skin tag reduced somewhat. But I am having pain while going for motion also feeling again and again motion. Please suggest me what would be the reason for painful motion also frequent motion.
