Hello I have a acidity and gas from past august.. whenever I take antacid medicine it's normal but once I stop taking those medicine I again feel gas which not passed it always bloated in my stmoch feel acidity in throat indigestion... I have not done with endoscopy as I have fear of bcoz of corona.. can any other test I can do to diegnoues the issue.... please suggest I have a thyroid issue which is normal...

Have an usg and endoscopy. Most Hospitals have measures to reduce risk of corona transmission...don't delay
