Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have a very sensitive bowel i suffer diarrhea and constipation since childhood so i have been searching everything on Google though i went to a doctor and did all my tests came back normal one day ate tomatos in dinner in the morning i saw something reddish in the middle of the stool i got worried soo the next i again when to the washroom i wasn't having a bowel movement but still i strained to see weather it was blood or normal stool i strained 5 6 times a day i didn't got anything then got a bowel movement it was normal then again got a bowel movement next day was normal but i feel like not pain but discomfort in my abdomen i am worried everything leads to colorectal cancer i am just 24 years old what to do.

Can any body helps with my report. Having acidity issue and digestive problems. Also having muscular pain in body. Can anyone pls suggest the further course of action.

Hi This is the first time I'm experiencing bleeding while poop with pain and hard stool. Is this something thats an extreme level health disorder? Im scared please help me. The blood was bright red in color. After poop I'm feeling a burning sensation in the anus region.

My father in law who is 73 years old was suffering from constipation since last few days he has a tendency of developing cough if he has some stomach disorders and even get temperature. Presently he is not having temperature but is coughing a lot which seems to be dry one. Is not able to have his food and is becoming week. Not having proper stool . Presently given him Entrogerminia for a single dose and Cremaffin liquid which he is having since last 2 days. Please suggest

Pain near below right side rib cage and above waist I have stomach pain from past 6 months consulted many doctors got a ultrasound scan and urine test all were normal. I have gas problem and odor of stool and body odor seems to be same. I drink water more what all tests I should do.I came across Giardiasis through internet plz tell me how do I proceed. I had covid during Oct 2020 at that time I was insisted to have some chewable tablets... Daily 2 and had got loose motion for 2 days... From there on this stomach pain started..
