Having stomachache and passing liquid potty small quantity unknowingly.. Girl child , age 5 weight 18 KG

I'm suffering from an terribly uneasy stomach since last 4 days. I took Pan D, Sompraz L, unienzyme liquid etc but nothing is helping. Everything is fine just my stomach feels very uneasy at the centre like it's churning inside and I feel nauseated but haven't vomited yet. And because of this there's a constant unpleasant taste in my mouth too. Please suggest me something for instant relief.

Hi, I started having a sudden abdomen pain which is on and off since today morning. Yesterday evening I had 2 big size mangoes along with millet juice. Overnight I had good sleep and no symtoms. Since today morning Im feeling like my intestines are twisted and experiencing moderate abdomen pain which is not continuos but on and off. Could you please help what can be done to get out of this ??

Dear sir / Madam my friend is suffering from a pain that comes while eating a food with curry Recipes & spicy items feeling very bad with that pain unable to bare while eating non spicy recipies feeling good he used the medicine priscription by his own imagination like he thought it a gas problem and started using medicine but there is no result in use of medicines So could any one plz answer whats the problem is he facing and how can i overcome from this pain!

Sir I am suffering of back pain just upper part of hips . The whole abdomen is always filled with gas. Food is not properly digested. The back pain also varies with time. It is more painful after eating food. I have used panD for three days but it is not helpful. One week before I used some antibiotics because of my some bacterial infection and this was cured. After that this problem aries now it is not tolerable anymore. Kindly help me.

Dr My mother ,age 55 Have the following symptoms after covid from.jan till date She was treated for covid at home but meds were quite a few.shentakes temsi am for high BP and is Thalassemia minor Current symptoms: 1)There is pain even if you touch with finger (left of naval) at times ..also pain in naval till centre of chest at times .the entire centre line 2) Severe Burping and flatulence 3) There is heaviness in chest and choked feeling and headache and throat (cough ) at times a d feels speechless  only when gas is accumulated 4) Chills and hot flushes Please give something that  will help with Acidity ,gas and motions and as discussed sir Pre covid also she used to get hot flushes every year due menopause mainly in summers .and pre covid also she had frequent motions like IBS syndrome Please let me know what is issue and what tests to be done and treatment as I'm.v worried as a daughter
