I want to ask if i trim my hair on face from a facial trimmer , it will cause more hair or dark hair .does the skin become dark by regularly using trimmer?

I had a face bumps- Milia, one of the doctors from practo prescribed Tretinoin -0.025%. By using the cream it started getting disappearing, but after few days dead skin type started coming out and the stopped using the cream. And the very next day much worst bumps have appeared. Please help.
