Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have been suffering from Hidradenitis Supprativa. I have seen to many of doctors... Stick to them for 12 to 18 months with their treatment & even after course completion my disease reoccur. I have been given isotretionoin 10 mg now ( earlier heavy dose) and apraize 30 on regular basis by doctor. My dr. Says its incurable like diabetes & i have to take meds for whole my life.Is it true or there is a permanent cure. I know about Adalimumab injection but i am relucatant to take it.

My skin is coming out like powder from whole body,in spite of regular oil and cream application. While lying skin powder is like spreading on sheet.

Hi I have been suffering from full body itching for the last one month. And I have visited many Doctors Medicine and Gynecologists. Actually I am in the phase of Menopause. Firstly I thought this problem is related to menopause then my doctor said it's not related to menopause. And she has given me Montulucast tablet for one month. After having medicine I feel better now my medicines are finished and my problem is back even I am having itching on eyes as well as on ears. Please suggest what I should do and to whom I should consult further.

I have PCOS since 2016 and i don't have any ongoing treatment yet. I'm trying lifestyle changes to help the situation. My main symptoms are the excessive hair on my face and scanty periods. The hair growth is thick and is majorly on the sides and under chin. There are ingrown hair in the under-chin area since a very long time and darkening of that area. It feels coarse to touch.
