Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have been facing red painful bumps on scalps from the past 5-6 years and my scalp is getting a lot visible and there slowly bald spots are visible too. My hair density has reduced so much. Is it due these bumps that this hair loss is happening? Is it folliculitis? i am very depressed dr as I am getting married in the next 3 months I want thick hair. Pls help
