Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I was using minoxidil 5% and  0.1%finasteride lotion since 2 years Now by mistake ,without doctor advice ,I am applying 10% minoxidil lotion along with 5%minoxidil at the same time since 2 months. Now if I stop minoxidil 10% and applying only minoxidil 5% lotion.Does hair fall increases again? What should I do now?

I have pigmentation on thigh region by birth . My father had it too. Is there any topical cream way to remove it. Or genetic pigmentation cannot be removed ??

I was walking barefoot in my house...the trmperature were extreme cold here...did not wear socs as well...Since a month , both my feet sole started itching, i applied moisturizer , calamine lotion , took cetrizine but it didnt affect much. So visited a doctor. She prescribed (Terbinafine Hydrochloride solution 1% ) cream. I did not not any other symptom , rash except itching. After applying this cream skin started burning. So applied for 2 - 3 days and stopped, but burning continued. Its been 7 days now both feet soles are paining one to the dxtent I cant stand. Its paining in resting position as well. I am taking crocin but not much effect. Attaching photoes for ref Also blood tests done. No diabetes, thyroid , liver abnormalities. Whats causing this extreme pain...

Before 3 months my face skin got some what darker than my usual skin tone so I though it as a sunburn and used sunscreen after doctor suggestion and at home I was using natural home grown alovera extract to my neck n face skin but from past one month my neck skin also getting so much and much darker got some dark patches also . Face skin also no improvement My face got black pigmentation which is not reducing day by day . Now I stopped using Alovera gel also any products also. I have gone for upper lips wax first time & I got some serious redness around upper lip are .When I applied aloe Vera gel one side of area redness is not gone & gel is stucked on the same .After that I have found that my natural skin us not there & second reddish layer skin is visible .I am very much worried & terrified .I have rubbed vicco on the same .
