Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi. I started taking Keraglo Eva tablet for reducing hairfall and facilitating hair growth a few days back. Since then, I have been noticing skin itchiness and patchy dryness in places. I am also having nausea, vomiting and headache. I am not sure if its a coincidence or side effects of Keraglo Eva tablet. Kindly advise... if these are side effects or Keraglo Eva tablet and should I stop.

I am considering to marry a guy whose father has vitiligo condition since 2015, their family has no history of such skin condition. So my question is that what are the chances that this guy and future generation to show this skin disorder.

I have acne and pimples that are really painfully and also have dark spots left behind by those stubborn pimples. I tried everything possible but it didn't show any result and also made my skin dark (I was very fair)

I consulted a dermatologist for neck discoloration and the doctor diagnosed me with acanthosis nigricans and was prescribed Tretinoin 0.05 percent on the neck every night for 1 month. I have been using it followed by moisturizer in the morning for the past 20 days and I feel it has a somewhat lightened neck also but at the same time I have got dry skin and a discoloration on some parts which also feels a little scaly and dry. Should I continue with tretinoin or should I leave it completely??
