Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello doctors,I’ve had small red dots on my skin since last week. Initially, they were minimal, but now they have grown and are causing itching. Could you please advise me on what steps I should take to get rid of this?Thank you.

4-5 tiny lumps in sides when i touch or press it it gets swollen and it gets itchy for a while Is it due to direct applying a rosemary oil on scalp btw it's been 2 weeks since i stopped using it on scalp still those tiny lumps are present how to cure it
