Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Itching on this area only... itches sometimes .... Then I put moisturizer then it's ok ...I am not able to understand what is this particularly ...attaching photo also

I was suffering from itchy skin all over body with bumps at night I have noticed that bed bugs in my home and no one has not facing any issue with bugs , but my skin was very itching all over body treatment for my skin

I've been suffering from itching sensation for more than years ! I don't have this problem anywhere in my skin apart from this area ! Don't know what it is but it looks like kinda dry,chalk dusty, sometimes there's a bad odour when it feels so itchy and irritation is felt occasionally ,but the skin area is not rough though it feels smooth like every area ! Is there are a cure for this problem! This problem really has an negative hold on my daily life!

Hi, my husband is 45 yrs, no existing ailments, he has developed this rash in his face , it comes n goes , doesn't itch or trouble in anyway but it does get very red in the sun ..Is this lupus? (Have attached pics) please guide what needs to be done next

I have been facing red painful bumps on scalps from the past 5-6 years and my scalp is getting a lot visible and there slowly bald spots are visible too. My hair density has reduced so much. If one is suffering for vitiligo and he/she is suggested for light therapy like UVB rays . I have a query regarding this therapy. (1) Which light therapy is more effective and result oriented. UVB rays through UVB lamp or normal sunlight rays? (2) UVB rays or UVA rays is more effective? (3) If one is using normal sunlight for vitiligo than what timing should be best for sun exposure?
