Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I consulted a dermatologist for neck discoloration and the doctor diagnosed me with acanthosis nigricans and was prescribed Tretinoin 0.05 percent on the neck every night for 1 month. I have been using it followed by moisturizer in the morning for the past 20 days and I feel it has a somewhat lightened neck also but at the same time I have got dry skin and a discoloration on some parts which also feels a little scaly and dry. Should I continue with tretinoin or should I leave it completely??

How to remove tan on face neck and hands. And also dark circles on face. Please suggest some good tips for me to get rid of the skin and face area.

I was diagnosed with acute Utecaria and treated with dexchlorophinaramine tabs for 20 days and allergy subsided. When medication was withdrawn allergy started again. Started bilastine 40 mg for 20 days as per doctor's advice.but whenever I stop medicine or eat dry fruits or citric fruits or fish allergy starts again even after proper medication. Please suggest the needful.

I have consulted many doctors but nobody is able to diagnose this condition.i have used propyderm nf cream on the prescription of a dermatologist last year but it has only increased the issue.pls if anyone is  actually able to diagnose and treat it let me know and i will connect with them.i really need to treat it badly.
