I have been struggling with this issue since a very long time now. But recently I got one nodule kind of thing on cheek near eye. Last night I popped up as it showed unusual colour changes but next morning it got spread like a patch and I feel there some kind of septic has happened it's causing a burning sensation. Acne are of different types and grades. All of them have different treatment. So it is better to consult a dermatologist so that you get a proper diagnosis and line of treatment. One should never pop the acne as it can lead to scar formation.
