For acne scars
I am 34 year old woman. Having oily acne prone skin. I have some acne scars. I want to know if I could use tretinoin cream..to reduce scars..if there are any side-effects..plz suggest..

For acne scars laser scar resurfacing is a better option. There are lasers like fractional co2 laser or mnrf laser useful for same. Kindly consult for better management options.
