Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Having so much of hair lice for more than a year already used lice shampoo but not able to cure it what can we do

I went to my relative house there I'll use hard water that's for one day after using the hard water I feel irritation on my skin it feel itching . Before going to relative house one hour maybe 2 days ago I will remove my facial hair with razor. my skin is combination skin but my t zone is totally dry I feel that . I feel my skin so dry. And very very tiny bums on my face. Please tell me what should I do now?

I have been prescribed to take doxycycline 100 mg for 2 weeks as I have got reactive for RPR and TPHA confirming syphilis. I'm getting red itchy spots after taking tablet and going after some time. Should I do something about this?

Initially thought it were insect bites as I had been to a Muslim funeral and there were plenty of black and red ants and it was that but these don't seem to be going away after 3 days. Is this something that needs treatment or can this go away on its own.

My fiancee got an ear piercing done on the ear conch. After about a week, a swollen lump started building next to the piercing area. She is in discomfort due to this lump.
