I had a GFC treatment on 25th june and Is it normal to have swelling in forehead after GFC treatment?

I have very heavy dandruff.i have used so many anti dandruff products or serums medicated but still it doesn't go away.After using medicated products it just benefits for few days then again it comes back.also on my skill to theres dryness flakes which just does not go away.it has really start to stress me out.i need something which can work for me.

I am a 31 YO female with chronic asthma. During the covid lockdown phase, I went back to my hometown and have been experiencing severe hairfall ever since. Ironically, I didn't even get Covid. Eventually, I consulted a hair care clinic and they have suggested PRP or PRF as possible treatments and I am not sure which one I should go ahead with. Can you please suggest which option is better?
