Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Recurrent Cold sores 4 Times in last 4 months, Remain there for at least a week. WHAT COULD BE THE REASON? NO OTHER SYMPTOMS

I have been getting these itchy bumps on my legs, chest and hands frequently. what could this be? they suddenly appear and disappear after a few days. they are extremely itchy and if i scratch they get worse.

My son is 13 yrs old. He is 147cm height and 65kg. He appears a little obese since past 3 yrs only. But since birth , his neck region alone has dark pigmentation, although he is a fair complexion. Checked Thyroid, it is normal. Can we give him vitamin C lymcee 500mg once a day. For how many months can we give him. Already the dermatologist suggested but I forgot the dosage and missed the prescription.

Hi Docs, I have been using Morr 5% topical minoxidil  1ml once for 5 months to save my temples that have receded 1cm from their initial position. My concern is, I read somewhere minoxdil shedding stops after 8 -10 weeks of its usage but I am still shedding sometimes the count of hair strand is 15-20 sometimes its 30-40 that too not daily but with a gap of 3-4 days. Is this normal ? should I wait for more 2-3 months since I am using it once a day only. I have gone through a blood test of B12, Ferratin, D3, Thyroid  which is normal. I am observing too much dandruff or skin flakes in my scalp. R3cently I noticed dry skin with flakes below my eyes above my nose. I had consulted a dermatologist few months ago, and I was given vo369 ,hair anrich, amwisal lotion,zydip lotion,konaz shampoo, and I followed medicine for like 10 days or so, and could not follow up with the doctor. Actually I was told to follow up in 2 weeks. Now after few months , I see severe increase in my skin flakes over scalp Am I having normal dandruff or eczema? Am I having any serious allergic conditions? I observed my eosinophil count consistenly high in all my blood tests over past few years. Am I having any stomach problems .? Is there a way to permanently resolve all these issues 🤔.?

Does skin colour change 2 to 3 shade ,with only natural product or diet, please tell me this ,i cant afford skin lightening treatments
