Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello, im 24 year old male and facing male pattern baldness from some years, i started treatment early and i had head full of hair, now it's been more than year on my topical minoxidil& finasteride and i have lost so much hair that my scalp is visible now, seeing no benefit of the medicine nd losing hundreds of hair everyday, please help thanks

Hi. I have so many moles on my body since my childhood. The ones who are there since childhood have been growing as i am growing. Some of them are raised while some of them are flat. Lately, one of those moles that's present below my navel is itchy, i can see the dry skin. Is it normal- color and size? I have other bigger moles too but this one is just so weird in color and all. Others are raised and totally black. I am freaking out thinking this one is cancerous.

I visited plastic surgeon who diagnosed 3*2cm nodule on back (upper torachodosal area tendon+) and it is seb cyst. Ask me to get it removed. My family member has history of cyst which convert to colloid. So he doubt it can be converted to colloid or it can be not as i am muscular and usually at this location colloid may not form. Is this something i should remove immediately? Or shall i wait for winter season? Also he said that there will be hole after removal. Can someone guide from my description?
