I have dry skin using fix derma shadow sunscreen cream someone pls tell me how is this sunscreen , and what about eyebliss cream for dark circles

Is it ok to take caldikind granules daily or weekly? I was not recommended vitamin D tests. The doctor wrote to take 1 teaspoon of the medicine daily and to take once a week with milk. The doctor is rarely online so I cant ask her.

Now I am confused as to what to apply in the morning before make up. Should I apply the moisturiser before make up as well or only at night?
