Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have Sebaceous cyst on middle back. My doctor gave Doxybeat (B D 20 Days), Nadoxim Gel (2 times a day: 40 days) and Fucibet (d 20 days). I have taken for 15 days. Shall i continue the same? Will it really work or need to go for surgery? It is not paining, no issue in my routine and i do not like to get away of it through surgery. Can i continue medicine and expect resolution? Or let it stay for how long it wanted to?

Hi for the past two weeks my 6 month old son has been having acne on his face and very mild acne over his body. His paediatrician has recommended to stick to moisturizing and using cetaphil/sebamed products and if at all I feel like it's not improving the condition then use desonide gel twice a day for 5 days at max. It's been 3 days but I don't see any much improvement. Should I start using the gel or wait a bit more? Additionally what are the precautions I should take while applying this gel? What else can I do to reduce the acne as I am a little worried seeing how strong this gel is. Please advise.

I F23, have been suffering from HS since I was 13. I have consulted multiple doctors since and have not had a single successful diagnosis yet. I've had really bad experiences with doctors who were unfortunately completely unaware of this condition which has further deterred me to look for treatment. It was only a few years ago when I was finally able to figure out that what I had been dealing with all this while was HS. Up until now I have been able to manage it by avoiding trigger foods as much as possible but haven't been able to avoid flare ups during/around my periods. I can manage pain pretty well but big boils affect my mobility to a great extent. I would like consult a dermatologist who specialises in treating this condition and also look for solution from an aesthetic perspective ie. reduction/removal of scars and pigmentation as this condition has greatly impacted my self esteem over the past years. Preferably in Mumbai. Please help me out
