Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have butt acne it getting worse day by day and the skin getting darker it's is like follicultis and karatosis pilaris mixture dark spot and acne is very painful what should I do

Attached pic of it, I used ride a bike a lot recently this month within one and half moth I drove over 2100km in bike, my mom saying it's something like you get after you go to gym like you get hard palms like wise you got it while you ride a bike I'm bit worried is this something like cancer or infection? Symptoms No pain, it's like rough hard bumpy skin without any sense over there.

My scalp is becoming oily for the past 2 weeks and hair thinning and loss, i consulted a doctor suggested proanagen solution, kindly explain the difference between the solution and the proanagen tablet.Cqn tablet be taken instead solution?

My grandmother has stage 2 bedsore so first i clean it with betadine and after that i apply megaheal cream and then sprinkle neosporin powder is this the right process ??

Is morning 6 am sun exposure for 20-25 min walk good for vitamin D as i have vitamin D deficiency or it can cause tanning. I have a fair skin tone and have slight freckles on my nose area. Will morning sun exposure cause more freckles? I don't use sunscreen while walking in morning.
