Before 3 month I got syphilis Positive TPHA Titre is 1.160 After that doctor give me 2.4 million unit peniciline After 3 month I retested for TPHA TPHA Value is 33.74 What is that? It is not titre it is value ? So what to do now

I have oily and acne-prone skin. My skin tends to produce excessive oil throughout the day, leading to a shiny complexion. The oiliness is particularly prominent in the T-zone (forehead, nose, and chin)...i usually use patanjali alovera gel mixed with vitmain e capsules and sunscreen...to protect my skin... But sincw one month i m having this problem of multiple acne all over my face which are smal bumps , some have white centre and some are blackheads... including one or two puss filled acne... please suggest some home remedies or normal basic routine to cure these...so that i can have clear skin
