Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have oily skin. After using a vitamin C serum with a green tea face wash toner, my skin became itchy, so I stopped using the serum 2 to 3 days back. Now, my skin feels very dry and itchy after washing and applying lotion. Should I see a dermatologist?

Though I have used both but still some variants of each have shown bad and good results. From skin science point of view which is better for skin in long run? Soaps or body wash?

Note: Having sulpha allergy. Acne prone skin with blemishes. Mine is a combination skin where forehead, nose and chin becomes oily soon.
