Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My borther is 33 year old.he is a business man.recelty he is having this black marks near his under arms and white marks on his hands and fingers.what ointment should I suggest him to use.is it ok or should i suggest him to go to hosptl

I have a weird skin problem in my buttock area. It's been more than 4-5 years i have weird itchiness in my buttock area. When i bath in the morning and wear my clothes, as soon as I wear the underwear and pant my buttock starts itching a lot. I have to scratch and sratch it a lot and I cant sit on soft surface like sofa and bike seat when the itchiness is active. I have to sit on solid wood base chair or plastic hard base chair. In the afternoon like 3-4 pm it gets normal. I don't get any itchiness bt i mostly avoid to sit on very soft surfaces. When i bath in the night I don't get any itchiness. I don't even feel like I have any itchiness in my buttock area. Bt i can't sit on very soft surfaces. Hard mattress I sit on. I have used more than 20 bottles of sapat lotion in the buttock area no improvement yet. I had got ring worm or kind of itchiness in my jock area 3 years back, at that time i had applied sapat lotion in that area. In just 3 days the itchiness was gone off and nvr cm bck

Sudden red patch on face . Little outbreaks also present. Pls help what is this and how to get rid of it.

I'm having itchy scalp and little dandruff also I can see when I use the scalp massager, my hair is just falling out and thinning on the scalp. I have been getting these itchy bumps on my legs, chest and hands frequently. what could this be? they suddenly appear and disappear after a few days. they are extremely itchy and if i scratch they get worse.

My son is 13 yrs old. He is 147cm height and 65kg. He appears a little obese since past 3 yrs only. But since birth , his neck region alone has dark pigmentation, although he is a fair complexion. Checked Thyroid, it is normal. Can we give him vitamin C lymcee 500mg once a day. For how many months can we give him. Already the dermatologist suggested but I forgot the dosage and missed the prescription.

Hi Docs, I have been using Morr 5% topical minoxidil  1ml once for 5 months to save my temples that have receded 1cm from their initial position. My concern is, I read somewhere minoxdil shedding stops after 8 -10 weeks of its usage but I am still shedding sometimes the count of hair strand is 15-20 sometimes its 30-40 that too not daily but with a gap of 3-4 days. Is this normal ? should I wait for more 2-3 months since I am using it once a day only. I have gone through a blood test of B12, Ferratin, D3, Thyroid  which is normal. Also, I was not shedding before minoxidil. Please let me know your thoughts Thanks for your time. Regards,
