My uterus starts itching only during night and I feel like going for urine again and again but urine doesn't comes

I am experiencing rashes from past weeks that are specifically on my face but when i go in heat rashes increase and turn red in small pimple like bumps and i see them on other body as well like arms , also i feel i have some issue in swallowing not very much but very little whenever i try to swallow normally not eating anything how to cure these please tell

Ultrasound of small region : Well Defined hypoechoic lesion in the subcontinous plane on right lower leg with mild to moderate vascularity on color dopler ABDOMEN USG is normal. General Surgeon advised to remove it. Lesion is not painful sometimes it decreases and sometimes rises. Picture is attached. Not having any discomfort but just looks bad on leg. Please suggest

Hey I was clinically diagnosed with herpes and treated for the same 2 weeks after the medication I went for igg igm test which was negative 2 months after the suspected exposure I had again for the test which was negative again but redness is still there and I feel there are some spots too . Is it herpes or a fungal infection? Waiting for your reply

I got clawed on my face by a cat, and the scar turned into a boil (in between my eyebrows) . After applying ice the size of the boil reduced significantly. But it's not going away completely. What can I do to completely heal and remove the boil? Thank you
