I have oily skin and take care of it diligently. I wash my face regularly, use a good sunscreen, and avoid touching my pimples until they heal. However, I am still experiencing breakouts, with new pimples appearing daily.
Lately, I’ve noticed more pimples on the lower part of my face, especially around the sides of my lips.
Could you please help me understand:
What might be causing these persistent breakouts?
Are there any specific foods or habits I should avoid?
What can I do to treat my active acne effectively?

Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

No need to worry.specific treatment is available.it depends on severity of the disease . Complete medical history is required..
Pls do online consultation with Dermatologist for detailed prescription & guidance.
A detailed history and blood tests will help determine what is causing these breakouts. However in clinic treatments will help reduce the oiliness on the skin and prevent new breakouts. Please book consultation to determine cause of acne and treatment plan.
