Lichen planus pigmentosis
Lpp on face with no itching & persistent dry skin. Tried antioxidants, ppp etc.. itsbeen over 2yrs that I am having these concerns.

Lpp needs to be managed in combination therapy using topical, oral drugs along with chemical peels depending upon the disease activity.
