Hello....... Lichen planus is a skin rash that is triggered by the immune system.Potential causes are
viral infections,allergens,stress,genetics.For mild cases of lichen planus, which usually clear up in weeks or months, you may not need any treatment..retinoids, which are related to vitamin A and are taken topically or orally,corticosteroids, antihistamines are given to reduce inflammation
