Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I'm suffering from hair loss Since 5 years, I need to recover my new hair.Is it possible or not kindly suggest.

I am facing hair fall/hair loss due to male pattern baldness for last 3 months and i am using Minoxidil (Tropical 5%) and Finasteride (1 mg) for last 1 month but its not working as of now.

I have had hairfall from more than 2 years. But from the last 5-6 months, it has been extreme and i have seen a significant loss of volume. I eat home made food only and dont use any heavy products on my hair. But nothing is working to stop hairfall.Should i include any supplements in my diet?

I have attached photo of painless bump on my cheek for almost more than year now. Earlier it was not there but its just not going away even if i clean shave and it gets hidden when I grow Beard. I november 2019 i had an patch on my backside of the scalp after using medicines prescribed by  doctor hair was grown on that patch but after that hair is started to fall all over the scalp where i can feel itchiness and sensation of hair falling after that i have shaved my head but hair fall is still there with less amount. Hi, I had dengue 2-3 months before and I recovered from that completely. Now I am experiencing rapid hair fall. And due to hairfall my hair is getting tangled toomuch making unable to comb. I got to know after dengue hair is tend to fall somuch. Is that true? If so, what are the measures I need to take to control hairfall(possible home remedies). And when this can be expected to reduce my hairfall.
