Ever since I stopped, My skin is very dry and super itching on face and neck I am currently using physiogel, please suggest if cetaphil/aveeno is a better moisturizer.. Also mention any diet changes

Doc, I have a lot of itching and dark patch on my lower back mostly on my hips area. I dont know if its eczema. I have pcos. I have taken one "Fusys 150" tablet 2 days back n i could see itching has reduced little bit but not completely. N also I'm worried about the big dark patch. Kindly help me with this. Thank you.
