I have wrinkles in face hand and leg what kind of disease and what kind of deficiency less e what are remedies are there

I have a very dry skin and tanning on face and around mouth. Have small dark spots and dark and dry lips

I've got skin like bumps on my elbow pit and it gets very itchy, after itching it turns red then black. It's been there since months now, the itching and bumps come and go but the skin remains dark on the effected area.

Is vitiligo treatable Completely ? My sister has white spots on her hands n feet .. she is taking aayurvedik medicine (AIMIL) they claim they will treat it completely bcz allopathic medicine can't treat it ...

But i was thinking of using ahaglow s face wash at night time once.. so I just want to know can i use ahaglow gel face wash at morning and use ahaglow s facewash at night.. will it cause any harm on my face?
