Skin seems extremely hard and dry on one spot and surrounding area has white spots.. what's this? Please guide..

Hello Doc! My lips have been turning totally black over the last one year. I have tried all lip balms and natural remedies but nothing seems working. Can you suggest something to get this fixed at the earliest pls? I'm worried.

I was prescribed Follihair for my hair loss issue. I have been using this medicine since last week but from last 3-4 days I have noticed that no.of grey hair are increasing and feeling a pain on my right shoulder joint(may be uric acid issue). Are these the side effects of follihair or something else?

Entire hands, not just the finger tips, get wrinkled very fast when in contact with water. Even the back of the hand gets wrinkled. Is this normal?

Suddenly I am seeing few patches near my neck and back neck as well. Dry skin with red patches, and it burns as well. It never happened(I have dry skin issues in my hand and leg, not in this summer, it is very minimal). Few months back, in my leg, I was getting red patches in my leg, it increased over time but now its all ok(though blacks remains there) and now I am seeing patches in near neck(looks different than leg and very different than leg - attached photo) Please let me know what to do? Is it relevant to any serious issue?
