Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am a software engineer, most of my day goes into seating. After I get up I get the boils white on top on my buttocks. Sometimes these pop and hurt a lot. Is there any medicine which I can use to treat this.

Washed hands frequently and hand skin is dry, skin peeling, itchy. Can you give the remedy and cream for it.

Kindly suggest me which Niacinamide cream I can use for my face freckles ... I hv small freckles on my face.. One of my frnd suggested me this cream

Suggest me some tablets for less thyroid hormone..some decent tablet..not that heavy..plz help..thank u

Dear Sir/Madam, Yearly once, i will get small blisters on the lips and they will burst and start pain and bleed... they will remain some days and cause very discomfort to me like dry lips etc... After some days they will disappear automatically... i dont know the reason... What kind of cream or medicine need to be used to this condition and what is the reason of this??? My 14 months old baby boy is suffering from skin allergy from last 1 month we consulted specialist and they suggested levocitrizine and xycal .. We are following and some soaps , calamine lotion, dermadew moisturizer also but the allergy cure for 2-3 days and again repeat the same allergic reaction unable to find the problem we are ready to do any checkup and whatever which is necessary but we need a proper guidance on this... Already consulted a doctor over practo also but still the problem is not rectified
