Sir, my hair is falling since last 1 year i don't know how to handle this... what to do please advice

My daughter aged 10 month is suffering from red blister (papular urticaria) in her body from last 2 months. Initially as per doctor advise applied 'momate' cream. Not got effective result. Now applying 'flutibact' & 'fudic' cream. It is slightly reducing and again increasing. consulted dermatologist but no effective result. Is blood test / any other test is necessary. Kindly advise for the treatment.

From 2-3 months I was having some redness near junction of both eyes and nose. Then last month it just came to the left eyes corner. It was painful as it was having burning sensation . Doctor is not available right now so should I continue the medicine or just get some other help?
