Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello doctor,I have a skin rash at groin area .very itching and skin colour also changes.plz suggest any rash cream

My hair fall is falling too much. Also dandruff problem. Daily very large amount of hair fall. Please help.

My skin is very sensitive one. I am facing pimples and acne issue since a while. I don't even apply moisturizer now fearing that something will pop out. Sometimes I feel itchiness and dryness on cheeks. Some pimple have pain and others are very small white in colour around chin area. I am attaching picture of the same. I don't understand what regime should I be following

I have androgenic alopecia. My Dr have prescribed me with propecia 1mg tab daily adgain plus capsule daily keraglo ad shampoo. But I am hesistant in taking propecia due to it's possible side effects. Also I fear I have gynacomastia and taking the tablets might worsen it.

I am having fungal infection on buttocks.it has lot of itching.please tell me is this candidiasis? If no then which type of infection is this? Please suggest some cream also Thanks

A few months ago i started to get whiteheads on my back which are still there now they are all over my neck and face. I see a lot of tiny hard bumps on my face as well. I drink almost 3-4 litres of water and eat healthy food still this issue is bothering me. I am using Emodel cleansing lotion and Deriva cms at night for 3 weeks but no difference on face.. for body i have not used anything. I have combinatoon skin.

Hello Doctor This is something that i noticed while taking shower when i felt a little bit inflammation with a small amount of redness on both sides back of my knee. It's the end of 3rd day since then and it has become to this. I've tried Gentalene plus (Beclomethasone Dipropianate, Neomycin Sulfate and Clotrimazole Cream) for the first 2 days and In Night I used Candid Gold Antifungal Powder to keep it dry. and when all these didn't work as it was growing, On 3rd day, I gave a try to natural remedy i.e. applying turmeric powder with mustard oil for whole day...but at the end of the day, there's moderate inflammation and just because of that there's a moderate pain also....As i get up or get down, I feel that inflammation and pain. I'm also attaching the photos of the kneepit area to give you a clear visual. Now What should i do with this ? Please help.

I'm suffering from Dark neck dark underarms and private part and inner thighs... I am pcod and diabetes type 2 patient... Recently I take a consultation here in prato that doctor suggest me retino a 00.25 cream but I didn't seen much improvement I'm using it from more then a month can someone suggest something better my skin get burn even cuz of this cream
