Skin rashes by taking omega 3 cap 1000mg
I bought omega 3 capsules 1000mg, after taking 1 capsule per day for 3 days I got skin rashes on thighs and hands. I stopped taking capsules. I attached a pic of my hand. Currently using Betnovate skin cream from 3days, is it safe to use betnovate for rashes or should I change to other. If it is ok then which time I have to apply betnovate. If it is not ok please suggest other ointment or creams.

Do not take tablets or creams randomly. As you have seen it yourself what happens when you self treat yourself. Please take online consultation for further management
