It's due to Fungus causing blackness...Fungus infection....common around skin folds like thighs and genitals.. avoid sweating, sharing clothes,towels and soap.. specific medicine required depends on the severity.. for detailed prescription do direct online consultation by sending photos.

There can be various causes for blackness including friction, fungal infection, acanthosis etc. Needs to be treated accordingly. Too little information to reach any diagnosis.
