Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi, I am a 30 year old female. I have very oily skin and open pores on nose and cheeks. I clean my face twice a day with plum tea tree face wash and use aloe gel as moisturizer. Please suggest effective remedy to minimize open pores.

Darkening on the back side of thr neck... no irritate...or itching...just a vevelty touch...and nowhere else

I have red acne marks on my right cheek. Is glyco 6% help reduce it n safe to use? If not , what other creams will help reduce it!?

There are many acne ,pimples nd whiteheads all over my face .It pains a lot.The problem has increased  from last 2 months ,initially there were some pimples coming and going but now it had covered my whole face.

I think I have developed a milia on my forehead. Its been more than a month now and its not going away even after applying all kind of scrubs on it. Can anyone please suggest a gel or ointment i need to use to get rid of it. I have attached my forehead pics to give u a clear idea of what it looks like. Thank you.

I got this tiny ringworm back in 2018 that time I wasn't knowing what was it exactly later I consulted doc they gave me medicine as tables ointment etc she told me it'll get rid within 3month but it started increasing I consulted another doc he gave me many times of tablets and ointment he said it'll take one year but I was literally tired of having so much tablets which includes too much drugs so again I changed my doc now it's been 7months I'm taking the medicines but again after some days it gets increase now almost it has spread around ear and eye also it's coming on another side it was very tiny as a pimple on right side now it has spread too much and coming to left side as well the medicines which I take- GRISOVIN 250, UPRISE D3 60K, ITASPHOR 200, DAKTARIN GEL/LULIBET Kindly suggest me what to do next.
