Whiteheads, Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. For white heads, you need retinoic acid based creams. No scrubs will work for that

Any face wash with salicylic acid should be good for white heads. But it would be better to share pics to understand your skin better. Any further discussion, kindly consult online.
