Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have extremely dry coarse hair . I apply egg and olive oil every week but still don't find any change? I have tried so many conditioners but none help me with my problem. My dry hair is causing a lot of breakage problems and my head is full of baby hair now. Please suggest a conditioner for my dry hair. Have attached a pic.

Had my second transplant 4 days ago. Frist transplant was in 2016 with 1500 grafts in the frontal area. Now I did 2600 grafts and doc told me they placed 2100 grafts in middle and 400 on crown. I know results will take 4 to 12 months but given the image in the attachments, I would like to know if the results will be dense and good in the middle as on the front I already had grafts and it took less grafts to increase the density. Will appreciate your inputs. Thanks

4-5 days before 5-6 small pus filled painful pimple with some rashes appear on neck , I applied tea tree oil  for 2 days then pain goes and due to itching I scretch them , now my neck has black small rashes , and it itches and also area around neck become swell and red and so painful .
