Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

-been there for 6 months -sometimes painful; sometimes not -there's darkening on the skin -slowly growing -when excercising or lifting heavy gets painful -when wearing tight clothes on armpit ; gets painful -itchy -skin colored lump -accompanied with another softer lump w/ almost pimple like appearance once the "white part" was gone appears like scarring -when my menstruation is near also gets painful

It is on my leg for more than 4 years, hard brown patches. I am using natural methods as of now but no relief. It does not cause any pain, only itching sometimes.

I am suffering from hairfall. New hair growth is so slow and day by day my hair volume is going down..i have hypothyroidism dignosed 6 years ago..in between i neglected medicine but now i am regular and last time i checked TSH LEVEL was 5.8..so the doctor suggested me to continue thyroxine 50 mg. What should i do for controlling hair fall and growth of new hair. Please suggest
