Past One month I have been experiencing excessive dandruff, also when I scare it sometimes the scalp bleeds. I don't feel itching all the time, its like if I don't touch it I won't realise it's there. I have traveled frequently and suffer from PCOS.

Dandruff can be cleared by using anti dandruff shampoos, lotions. It's good to take head bath three times a week. If can be controlled... It is not related with PCOS....

Dandruff Follow these practices to keep your scalp clean and healthy- 1. wash hair every alternate day- from root to tip. 2. Use a hair oil 1 hour before shampoo. 3. Dont rub your hair vigorously, gently pat dry.  4. use a conditioner if hair are frizzy.  If Your dandruff stays even after these practices, consult a dermatologist. The doctor will check if its normal dandruff or seborrhoeic dermatitis or psoriasis of scalp and accordingly you will be prescribed the medication required.
